Organic culture

Since 2008, all of our terroirs are in conversion to organic farming, the vintage 2011 is signing by ECOCERT.

From organic viticulture wine is a wine produced from grapes of organic agriculture.
For the AB Label, the vines should be conducted according to a precise specification: ban of chemical weed control and the use of synthesis processing products, everything is worked by hand.
The protection of the vineyard is only done with chemical products of natural origin such as sulphur (mildew) and sulphate of copper (mildew).

We chose this mode of culture to be in line with our philosophy and the protection of the environment.

In addition to the Ecocert label since 2005 we follow the Charter quality QUALENVI (quality wine environment) labeled by AFAQ. The work of the soil to the follow-up customer, the steps are followed.

We also have the HACCP label, which is the first label quality for food security.
